Message from the President

The HPYO has enriched the lives of young musicians from the Greater Hamilton area for over 43 years and continues to do so under the direction of Paul McCulloch. Paul, along with his infectious enthusiasm, provides the necessary instruction for them to come together as an ensemble. Members aged 13-19 attend Saturday morning rehearsals in preparation for the upcoming season.
The HPYO encourages growth and confidence by providing venues for performance in and around our community. We have played in concert with the HPO, Male Orpheus Choir, Hamilton Children’s Choir and The Hamilton All Star Jazz to name a few. We are looking forward to an eventful year with the Canterbury Retreat, Concert series, Fundraising Dinner & Movie Music in April and tour to Ottawa in 2008.
